Tom Hörmann is the founder of DHC – tjh.digital and until recently was the Managing Director and CEO of the Swedish automotive electric performance brand Polestar in Austria. He developed the company and brand from market entry to full business operations with a growing network and portfolio. He also managed Jaguar Land Rover in Austria and Czech Republic as Operations Director and MD and spent many years in C-Level roles in the automotive industry across Europe. His proven track record documents founding, developing, refocusing and growing teams, networks and companies in the DACH region and central Europe.
Tom holds a Master’s degree and Doctorate in Social and Economic Sciences in the subject of Applied Business Administration from the University of Klagenfurt in Austria. He also studied at the IDRAC in Lyon (France). He is fluent in English and German, and proficient in French.
